The rental rates include (hydronic in-floor) heat, water, trash & recycling services, parking, and use of the fitness center. Electric services are metered separately to the unit and billed directly to the resident. The tenant is responsible for internet and TV services.

Cats and dogs are allowed on property. All pets on premises must be recorded on a residential lease. All pets should be up-to-date on vaccinations, must be spayed/neutered and tenants shall follow all rules and regulations provided by the property management company.
There are restrictions on the types of dog breeds that are allowed at Boatworks. A full list of these restrictions can be found within our Rules & Regulations. There are also no dogs permitted under the age of 6 months old.
There is a $250 security deposit required for a pet to live at the Boatworks Flats. There is also a fee of $50 per pet added to the lease on a monthly basis.
Only two pets allowed per unit.

One surface level parking space is available per tenant. Maximum two per unit. Additional stalls may be available for an additional $50 per month.
EV charging parking spaces are available for an initial $250 fee and $50 per month, with each station individually metered to the tenant’s unit. Enjoy the convenience of reliable, on-site charging right at home.

Short-term, furnished units are available for rent through Airbnb. Rental rates vary based on length of time and time of year.

Before moving in, proof of personal property insurance and liability insurance is required. These can be purchased through the provider of your choice.

Yes, all entry doors are locked and can be unlocked through the tenant’s phone. Key cards are also available for entry.
